Work
Sites I've built, and sites I keep running.
Two case studies from after launch, and builds for fintech, AI and Web3 teams.
CASE STUDY · BANDWIDTHPER DAY
BEFORE~17 GB
AFTER~2 GB
About 89% less every day. Same design.
CASE STUDY · CMS-HEAVY CLIENT SITE
~17 GB to ~2 GB of bandwidth a day
Client name kept private.
THE PROBLEM
The site used around 17 GB of Webflow bandwidth a day between Jul 6 and 15, with a peak day of 27.94 GB.
WHAT I DID
Traced usage to the heavy images, video and scripts behind it, fixed them at the source and tested every page on the live site.
THE RESULT
Between Jul 30 and Aug 8 the site used around 2 GB a day. The design didn't change.
CASE STUDY · WEB OPERATIONS
Archlet: a live SaaS site, cleaned up and kept running
B2B procurement software, Zurich. Since November 2025, about 10 hours a week, still ongoing.
WHERE IT STARTED
- 24 broken internal URLs
- 84 pages flagged as slow
- 25 images over 100 KB
- Homepage schema failing validation, no schema anywhere else
WHAT I FIXED
- Broken URLs fixed, heavy images compressed
- Cleaner HTML and structure on home, product, solution and industry pages
- Spark section cut from 8 videos to 4
- Schema rebuilt, plus automatic schema on every blog post and event
- Demo form submissions now tracked in GA4 as a key event
WHAT KEEPS RUNNING
- Events that switch off on their own after the date
- New pages and sections as marketing needs them
- CMS fields the team can fill without me
- Form, layout and spacing fixes, usually same week
